procedure
-boil water in a kadai
-turn rice into rava form and add it to the boiling water.
-add peanut powder into the kadai after 5min of adding rice.
-take an other pan and add ghee into it .
-roast the cashews
-now when the rice is cooked add 1 cup of jaggery into it.
-cook it until colour changes.
-take it into a serving plate and garnish it with cashews
